Mind matters is a new in-house therapy space at CSA by psychotherapist Mehry Gawaly. Mehry Gawaly works with both individuals and couples, and has a specific interest in adolescents and emerging adults. Her clinical training includes work with refugees, individuals suffering from addiction as well as a wide range of disorders including but not limited to depression, anxiety, eating disorders, and personality disorders. She earned her MA in Counseling Psychology from The American University in Cairo in 2016. Her therapeutic approach is integrative yet grounded in a humanistic foundation. She firmly believes in the agency and uniqueness of each individual, which guides her in tailoring treatment for each client according to their specific needs and worldview. At the cornerstone of her practice is creating a safe, welcoming and non-judgmental environment for every person who walks through her doors. You can find her in the Mind Matters office located on the first floor of building 3 at CSA.
